[PowerPC] [NFC] Add AIX triple to some regression tests (details)

Commit 2d9890775f523a7a7ed2d7d064273bf7e28ebf20 by qiucofan [PowerPC] [NFC] Add AIX triple to some regression tests As part of the effort to improve AIX support, regression test coverage misses quite a lot for AIX subtarget.
